Last updated: 2026-09-04
How to Report
Email support@mail.ailandscape.garden with the subject Content Report. Signed-in users may also submit and track a report through Support Tickets.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority first.
What to Include
Please provide as much of the following as reasonably available:
- The Gallery URL, design identifier, account, or other location of the content.
- The relevant category, such as child safety, sexual/NSFW, violence/gore, hate, deepfake/impersonation, copyright/trademark, privacy, or another concern.
- A clear explanation of why you believe the content violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
- Screenshots, ownership details, authorization records, or other supporting information when relevant.
- A way to contact you if we need clarification. Anonymous reports may be harder to investigate.
Do not send illegal sexual content involving minors as an attachment. Provide a URL or other location information instead.
Review and Action
We assess reports based on their nature, severity, available evidence, and applicable obligations. We may preserve records, restrict access, remove content, limit an account, request additional information, or report apparently unlawful material when required or permitted by law. We do not promise a fixed response or resolution time.
Appeals
If your content or account was affected by an enforcement decision, email the support address above or use Support Tickets with the subject Appeal. Include the affected content or account, the decision you are contesting, and any relevant context or evidence. A request for another review does not guarantee reversal.
