Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for uploads, prompts, AI-generated images, public Gallery submissions, and account conduct on AILandscape.

Last updated: 2026-09-04

Scope

This policy applies to uploaded images, prompts, instructions, generated results, Gallery submissions, and other use of AILandscape. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.

Prohibited Content

You must not use the service to create, upload, request, publish, or distribute:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content, including pornography, sexual nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Graphic violence or gore, including content that celebrates, encourages, or depicts severe real-world harm for shock value.
  3. Hateful content, including attacks, dehumanization, or incitement against people based on protected characteristics.
  4. Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or endangerment.
  5. Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, especially deceptive, sexual, defamatory, fraudulent, or non-consensual depictions.
  6. Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement, including unauthorized protected images, logos, characters, designs, or attempts to pass another party's work off as your own.

You also must not use the service unlawfully, upload content without permission, violate privacy or publicity rights, facilitate fraud or deception, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass safety, access, or usage controls.

Review and Enforcement

We may use automated checks and human review for prompts, uploads, generated results, reported content, and public Gallery submissions. Gallery submissions require administrator approval before publication, but review does not guarantee that every violation will be detected.

Depending on the circumstances, we may refuse generation, remove or decline content, restrict features or credits, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report apparently unlawful material when required or permitted by law. Child sexual abuse material and similar exploitation are prohibited without exception.

Reporting and Appeals

Report suspected violations through our Report Content page. If we take action on your account or content, you may use the same support channels to provide context or request another review. Submitting an appeal does not pause measures needed to protect users, the service, or the public.
