Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a full refund for an initial subscription payment, subscription renewal, or credit-pack purchase within 7 calendar days after the successful payment, provided that all credits granted by that specific order remain completely unused.

Eligibility is determined from the credit grant associated with the specific order, not from your total account balance. If any credit from that order has been consumed, the purchase is generally not refundable.

Free credits, promotional credits, and other benefits that were not purchased have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals according to the cancellation controls shown in billing settings. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period or any earlier payment.

Each initial subscription payment and renewal is evaluated as a separate order under the 7-day and completely-unused-credit requirements above.

Exceptions

We will separately review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, a verified technical failure that made the purchased service completely unavailable, and refunds required by applicable law. We may request information reasonably needed to verify the account, order, payment, usage, or reported problem.

A violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may make a purchase ineligible for a discretionary refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mail.ailandscape.garden from your account email address. Include your account email, order number or payment reference, purchase date, and a brief reason for the request. Signed-in users may also open a ticket in Support Tickets.

If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method when supported. Processing and posting times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Approved refunds may revoke the corresponding credits, subscription access, or other benefits.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights provided by applicable law.
